Grace Missionary Baptist Church

Grace, A Growing Place

From The Pastor’s Desk…

It Was Just the Beginning

Now that Easter has passed our part in the work of Easter begins.  Many churches were filled with people on Easter Sunday as was ours.  When the crowd is gone, when the tomb stands empty, When He ascended our part of the work of Easter begins.  Jesus gave us the perfect example of how we are to live our lives. To love as He loved, to give as He gave. To go and tell the world the good news of how He lived died and rose again.  Tell the world that He is coming back again. We need to tell the people how they can know His love, receive His forgiveness and be made new in Christ, in Christ alone. So let us begin our part keep the message of Easter fresh in the minds of people until it reaches into their hearts.  We have a work to do in the message of Easter. It didn’t end last Sunday with the resurrection of Jesus Christ, HE IS COMING BACK! Go and share the good news, share your story of coming to know Christ. Be the deliverer of the good news of the gospel!!
